Yoga, Forest Bathing and Foraging Day
Join us for a rejuvenating day of Yoga, Forest Bathing, Foraging, and a BBQ.
£65 p.p. / about 5 hours
Enjoy yoga with a stunning view, forest bathing in ancient woodlands, and homemade snacks around the fire pit. We’ll also discuss medicinal and edible plants, and you can taste some wild teas and snacks while enjoying the tranquility of nature with no artificial noise.
Outdoor Yoga
Our day will begin with a beginner-friendly yoga practice set against the stunning panoramic views of Stonerocks Farm. Immerse yourself in nature's beauty as you flow through a nourishing yoga session in a calm and nurturing environment.
Forest Bathing
After your refreshing yoga session, take a deep breath, listen to the sounds of the trees, and let yourself be fully present in the moment. Forest bathing, or shinrin yoku, is a wonderful way to improve your overall well-being. Surrounded by nature's beauty, you can let go of the stresses of everyday life.
Firepit & BBQ
No outdoor experience is complete without delicious snacks! Gather around the cozy campfire while we provide nourishing and tasty treats to replenish your energy. We also set up sheltered areas surrounded by herbs and flowers to make the event weather-proof.
