About the Event
Timeline
We will meet at 10:00 AM and start the day with some scones and refreshments around the fire pit, followed by a nature walk before settling down for a beginner-friendly yoga practice with incredible views. After yoga, we will explore the ancient woodlands to experience Forest Bathing, where it's very likely that deer will walk by. We’ll finish the day with some homemade snacks, including dessert, around the campfire. The retreat takes place in over 100 acres of privately owned fields and woodlands.
Yoga with a View
The yoga practice is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. It will be a feel-good flow, stretching out any stiffness throughout the body and oiling the joints.
