Come and join us for a relaxing day of yoga, forest bathing, and foraging in a private estate of over 100 acres! Enjoy snacks around the fire pit while connecting with nature and fellow participants. Our cozy retreat in Bolney is just 25 minutes from Brighton and easily accessible from London.

About the Event
Timeline
We will meet at 10:00 AM and start the day with a warm welcome, enjoying scones, wild teas, and refreshments around the fire pit. Next, we’ll move into a restorative yin yoga session, suitable for all levels, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation. Afterward, we’ll practice guided mindfulness techniques and take a peaceful woodland walk to ground and connect with nature. The retreat concludes back at the fire pit, where we’ll share homemade snacks, including dessert, and reflect on the day in good company.
Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
The yoga session is designed to gently stretch and release tension, helping you find stillness and relaxation. The sound bath uses the meditative tones of Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, gongs and percussion and other instruments to create a deeply calming space for mind and body.
